The Talkstory began on April 13th 2004 when Darcy (

undrockroll) asked Arianne (

cynical_terror), I wonder what Viggo is doing? Arianne thought, and replied, "He's sleeping outside in the grass, right outside the barn in Idaho. It's warm." The Talkstory began and has evolved over the months into written form.

You may find pieces of the Talkstory missing or incorrect, as most of the backstory of the Talkstory was indeed, literally talked. We are attempting to fill in the gaps, write out what we've talked, so the Talkstory is more complete. The Talkstory writing style has evolved quit a bit as well. Told in the present tense, third person, toward the beginning the pieces were much like streams of conciousness, with little punctuation or method. Now, it is much more structured, and detailed.

In the past we have posted "Talkstory Props" in our lj's, physical objects that have weaved their way into the talkstory and are of much importance to the storyline. As we fill in the gaps we will be introducing these props as they come up in the story.

The Talkstory is very unique, as we will begin telling the story backwards, starting from the present, and going back and back as far as we can manage.
